WebExport 1.1b4 Released

I have just rolled out the beta iPhoto 7 compatible WebExport. Everything stays the same except a few things under the hood, and "modified" dates do not work anymore, because Apple removed the support.

Download it now: WebExport 1.1b4

Let me know how things go! I'll be rolling out the official release as kinks stop coming in.

Thanks for releasing this wonderful plugin for iPhoto 08! It does still seem to have the memory leak that's been there for a while. I run on an iBook with 640MB ram and after about 12 pictures, it starts swapping like hell! iPhoto grows to over 1GB. I once let it run for an export of 100 photo's, but it couldn't finish. Crashed at 2GB. Once it does finish, the memory is released though. I've seen the same behaviour in the previous releases too. Dunno since when though. I've been using WebExport for about a year.

Yeah, I am aware of this issue. I've thought that I've taken care of it a thousand times. Owing to the nature of the plugin architecture, it can be pretty hard to track down. In any case, I am working on it, this is mostly just a patch released so that it works with iPhoto 7.

Hrmm, That was easy, I found it, and eliminated it. Check out b9. Runs a LOT faster, thanks for the heads-up.

OK, it works fine now. Just exported 100 photo's and memory usage is constant. Thanks for the quick fix!
