Outstanding Issues

Due to the laggy turnaround time with the App Store (they fapparently check between every version if I have inserted some wild pornography or malicious spyware…), there may be issues with the current release that I know about, and have fixed, but the results have not trickled out to you, the users. If and when these undoubtably occur, I will keep information here.

Q:I don't know how to use RPN, can I still use TouchRPN

Not without learning it! Luckily, the documentation above, also bundled with the software, includes a detailed tutorial on how to use RPN.

Q:According to the "features list", I can use and convert calculations alongside my normal calculations, how do I do this?

Q: When I divide two numbers, say 1 and 3, I get a fraction, instead of a decimal answer, what's up?

TouchRPN is fraction aware, so it is storing the fraction version, and you can manipulate fractions in this way, and it will reduce, etc. To convert to decimal (floating point), add "0.0" to it, and it will convert to decimal. Alternatively, divide "1." by 3 (the 1. being a floating point value), and it will give the decimal version. You can also choose to never display fractions, and have them always displayed as floats, by going in to the TouchRPN preferences pane, or from the display menu.
